This policy explains what Night Stories (www.nightstory.qd.je) collects and why. Last updated: 2026-10-23.
What we collect
- No accounts. You can read every story without signing up. We do not ask for your name, e-mail or phone number.
- Likes and view counts. When you like a story or open a page we store an anonymous counter and a short-lived hashed token to stop repeat votes. It cannot identify you.
- Settings on your device. Your language, theme and text-size choices are saved in your own browser (local storage) and never sent to us.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser, time) for security and abuse prevention.
Advertising
We show ads from third-party networks (Adsterra). These networks may use cookies or similar technology to show and measure ads. Their use of data is covered by their own privacy policies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
Social media
We share new stories on our Telegram channels, Discord server and Facebook page using our own automated tools. These tools only publish our own posts; they do not read, collect or store any personal data of people who see or interact with those posts.
Children
This website is only for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone under 18.
Data deletion
We do not hold personal data about readers. If you believe we have any data about you, or you want a like removed, contact us through the Telegram or Discord links at the bottom of this page and we will delete it within 30 days.
